Our Group Antenatal Classes are thoughtfully designed to give you the confidence and tools you need to navigate pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood.
Led by Dr. Meg Woodrow, a GP with a diploma and training experience in obstetrics and gynecology, these sessions combine medical insight with practical advice in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Life with a newborn
Post- partum recovery: pelvic floor, exercise, contraception
Newborn care basics: Bathing, feeding, and diapering.
Safe sleep guidance: with practical tips
Feeding: breast feeding practicalities including latching, positioning, pumps and expressing, bottle feeding, storing and transporting milk and managing common challenges.
Recognizing common newborn health issues: how to home manage and when to call for help. Basic paediatric first aid advice (not certificated)
Emotional wellbeing: post partum mental health, relationship difficulties and support networking
