These terms and conditions govern your booking and participation in our antenatal courses and sessions. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking. If you have any questions, contact us for clarification.
2. General Disclaimer
The information provided in our courses and sessions is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. While sessions are delivered by qualified health professionals, including doctors, they are not intended to replace advice from your own medical team.
- You are responsible for consulting with your healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns or decisions.
- We cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting from actions you take—or choose not to take—based on the information provided during our courses.
3. Booking and Payment
- The price for our courses is displayed on our website. Payment must be made in full via the available payment methods at the time of booking.
- Bookings are valid for the person listed and include one accompanying individual at no additional cost. Group session prices apply per family unit unless otherwise specified.
- A booking confirmation, including course dates, times, and location, will be sent after payment is received.
4. Course Content and Delivery
- Course content is outlined on our website and subject to updates to ensure relevance and quality. We reserve the right to:
- Amend content without prior notice.
- Substitute session leaders or change venues where necessary.
- Transition in-person sessions to an online format due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather or public health concerns.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
By Us
- We reserve the right to cancel a course if minimum participant numbers are not met or for other unavoidable reasons. In such cases:
- We will offer a full refund or a suitable alternative course.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation.
By You
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email. Refunds are provided as follows:
- Within 14 days of booking confirmation: Full refund unless the course has already started.
- More than 6 weeks before the course start date: 75% refund.
- Less than 6 weeks before the course start date: No refund, except in exceptional circumstances (at our discretion).
- After the course has started: No refund.
6. Amendments to Bookings
- You may request to transfer to another course up to 6 weeks before your original course start date, subject to availability and a £25 administration fee.
- Transfers requested less than 6 weeks before the course are not guaranteed and will incur additional charges if the new course is higher in price.
- No changes can be made once a course has started.
7. Participation and Safety
- We strive to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. Participants are expected to treat others with respect.
- If you or another attendee require additional support or accommodations, please notify us in advance so we can make reasonable adjustments.
Health and Safety
- Our courses are conducted with your safety in mind. Please follow any health and safety instructions provided by course leaders.
- If we identify risks to the safety of participants, we may modify the format or location of sessions as needed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:
- Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in our courses or reliance on the information provided.
- Venue-related issues, including access, safety, or unforeseen changes to the location.
Should liability arise, it is limited to the course fee paid. This does not affect liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

- All course materials are protected by copyright.
- You may use course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Reproduction, distribution, or modification of materials without prior consent is prohibited.

11. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, exceptional circumstances may arise (e.g., medical emergencies). If these affect your ability to attend a course, please notify us promptly. Refunds or alternatives will be considered at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
